POSITION: Administrative Support Specialist
Neustel Law Offices, Ltd. (Fargo), a nationally recognized patent law firm, is seeking a full-time Administrative Support Specialist starting in August.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting attorneys and support staff with various intellectual property matters and general office tasks.
- Answer telephones.
Job Qualifications
- Education: No requirement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook preferred).
- Self-motivation with strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects with clear expectations and timelines, and prioritize work.
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels in the law firm in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact with clients in a patient and friendly manner, answering telephones, efficiently prioritizing tasks, computer experience using Microsoft Office products, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
